Dr Alisi-Ursula Keppler
General Practitioner (MB ChB 2014 Auckland; FRNZCGP 2020)
Dr. Alisi-Ursula Keppler is a dedicated medical professional with a rich background and diverse skill set. Born and raised in West Auckland, she grew up in a bicultural household with a Tongan mother and a German father. Dr. Keppler attended Massey High School before pursuing her passion for medicine at the University of Auckland, where she obtained her MB ChB degree in 2014.
Following medical school, Dr. Keppler gained invaluable experience working in various specialties at Auckland regional hospitals, including North Shore Hospital, Waitākere Hospital, and Auckland Hospital. During her time in the hospital setting, she furthered her education by earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Medical Gynaecology in 2016.
In 2020, Dr. Keppler transitioned into General Practice, where she found her true calling. Her special interests lie in women’s health and addressing health disparities within Pacific Island and Māori communities. Dr. Keppler is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to all her patients, with a focus on promoting overall well-being.
Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Keppler enjoys spending quality time with her family and staying active in the outdoors. She is an avid surfer, walker, and snowboarder, finding joy and relaxation in nature. Dr. Keppler’s passion for both her profession and personal interests reflects her dedication to living a fulfilling and balanced life.
