All Prescribers working at WAMSC are responsible and accountable for prescriptions issuing.  Prescribers are Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Register Nurse, and Community Prescribers.  Prescriptions issued are all legal documents, some prescribers have limitations to prescribing rights that they can legally prescribe within their scope.

Prescriptions issued is strictly for enrolled and funded patients. You must be seen by WAMSC GP within the last 6 months. All casual patients and visitors are encouraged to book an appointment within the clinic for a consultation and your online request will not be accepted.

Prescriptions requests online are for long term (regular ongoing) medications only.  You will be advised by the screening team to book an appointment for a consultation if there are red flags noted.

All approved prescriptions requests, you must book an appointment for a consultation on the next prescription request.  Your next online prescription request will not be accepted.
