Doctor
Manu Siriwardena

MD

Dr Manu (Manuja) was born in Sri Lanka and moved to New Zealand in 2005. She completed her medical degree in Russia and went on to work in a variety of Auckland hospitals, gaining wide experience in medicine, surgery, orthopaedics, women’s health, psychiatry, and eating disorders.

Since starting in general practice in 2022, she has loved getting to know patients and their families, and especially values the long-term relationships that grow through primary care. She speaks both English and Sinhala, which helps her connect with people from different backgrounds in a meaningful way.

Outside of work, Dr Manu is married with three children and a much-loved Labradoodle named Milo. She enjoys family time, exploring New Zealand, and being outdoors together.

She is available for virtual appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
